" MAKE A LAPET CAKE"



MATERIAL:

 
250 grams of rice flour
100 grams of glutinous rice flour
12 tablespoons of water
70 grams sugar
1 teaspoon salt
200 grams of a young coconut, peeled and grated on the coarse
banana leaves for wrapping

HOW TO MAKE:

 
1. Stir in rice flour, glutinous rice flour, water, sugar and salt while diulen
2. Add the coconut, knead stay limp.
3. The triangular shape of a banana leaf place the dough then wrap a triangular shape.
4. Steamed until cooked.
